Hanshi Fred Buck went to our Texas Branch in Abilene Texas for advanced Kyokushin and a self-Defense seminar. It turned out great Sensei Trey Bland did a great job setting it up and the people who were there were Great. Hanshi plans on going back in 2015. Thank You to all the people who were there
